One of my favorite producer/DJs Adam Freeland is gearing up for his first full-length record release in more than four years, only this time he’s doing it with a full band – appropriately named FREELAND. The album title is “Cope” (a fitting name given these challenging times in which we live), and Adam is making first single “Under Control” available for streaming. Calvertron is Alex Calver, who with DJ Will Bailey, formed Twocker and released a string of hits, the most recognizable being “Stitch” in 2008. He has collaborated with a slew of producers, most recently Tom EQ and WoNK. Calver has more than 10 years of production experience and 100+ vinyl releases under his belt. He is a heavyweight promoter of the fidget sound and has a brand new release on Laidback Luke’s label “Bugeyed Records“. The track, “Doo Doo“, samples the Suzanne Vega track “Tom’s Diner” and it’s a killer!
