Remember the Irish rap group from the early 90s, House of Pain? The trio released only a few albums (lead singer Everlast went on to have a solid solo career and DJ Lethal hooked up with Limp Bizkit), and they gave us the timeless ‘Jump Around’, a classic rap anthem from their first self-titled album. I loved these guys – couldn’t get enough of them when they were together.

Earlier this year, Birmingham-UK based house DJ/producer Micky Slim released an EP of Jump Around remixes, one of which is a real groover from DJ/remixer/producer, Deadmau5. Everything Deadmau5 touches seems to turn to gold and this edit is no exception. I won’t describe it – just listen for yourself.
